Flexible work schedule Friendly staff Benefits/Pension That's it. Nothing else.

Cons

Micromanagement. All talk, no action on part of management. No assistance with career progression. Multiple, outdated systems that make it time consuming and difficult to meet metrics. Too many meetings, spreadsheets and unnecessary projects that don't actually improve anything.
