      Salary is on par or even above market value.

      Cons

      - Hybrid work. There's always a push to come into the office to collaborate but the teams are made up of members scattered all over the province so you end up coming in and spending your day alone without any team members most of the time. - The North York office does not have free parking, this is your responsibility. - Systems are very old and when considering the workload, impossible to adapt to.
