In the last few years, we have launched a significantly improved D&I program. Our D&I program consists of ongoing efforts to reflect D&I in all employee groups and LOBs via four employee groups, and it is an integral part of our Organizational Development that is staffed by dedicated personnel and resources and is constantly evolving.
