I’m sorry to hear you felt work demands were too high. We recognize work life balance is extremely important to our employees, and offer a number of programs to support it, including: three weeks of vacation to start, three personal needs days per year, paid volunteer days, wellness campaigns twice a year, and a personal spending account to support employees’ investments in their wellness. We also offer flexible work options that vary depending on one’s role. We value your feedback and will use it as we continuously re-evaluate the employment experience at Economical.

      Pros

      People are nice and friendly. Manager is always very supportive and encouraging. They always encourage self development. Good place to work in.

      Cons

      Not many interesting company events! It will be good if they can have more big social events to support the community

Our employees tell us they value our ambitious, rewarding and fun work environment. To help make sure we have fun together at the office, we have corporate events like Economical Appreciation Week – a weeklong celebration of great work that typically takes place in the fall. We also have a number of spirit events throughout the year, celebrating things like Earth Week, cultural diversity, Pride Month, and Canada Day.
