      Pros

      This is by far the best job I have ever had! Customer Service is hard to work with, and generally negative. The team is genuinely nice people from the CEO down to every co-worker. Organized, friendly, open and efficient. Mostly remote work yet very strong communication. Always room for your input & always acknowledged.

      Cons

      There really aren't any but it depends if you like startup culture. Must be willing to take a chance and have the mentality to help others instead of make massive profits as your first priority. This is still a pro to me but if it is not what you want you will not fit in.

      Pros

      Focus is truly on pets and making pet ownership a rewarding experience. Everyone works well together and there is an absolute team effort to projects. CEO and all management are easily approachable and very human in their interaction with staff.

      Cons

      I have no negative experience with Petline.

      Pros

      Remote work. Wonderful people and careful hiring process have created a great team that is able to collaborate and work together nicely. Management listens and is approachable and open. Product has incredible potential and employees and founder are incredibly passionate and dedicated to pets and helping them.
