Our investments in the sophisticated systems you reference are designed to make things quick and easy for our customers — things like being able to get a quote online through Sonnet in just minutes. But along with all the technology can be the inevitable early learning curves, and we know that’s frustrating for the front-line teams who only want the best for our customers.
