      Burnout Culture

      People are generally easy going.

      Cons

      BURNOUT! You will last maybe a year at this company if you work in claims. The company knows it's rough on it's employees but that's just overlooked. This place will destroy your relationships and mental health. More than half of the claims workforce ends up on short term disability due to stress. Plus the company keeps on wanting to die on the return to work hill.

      Toxic culture with terrible executive/senior leadership at the helm

      Don't be fooled at all place is a joke

      Cons

      Place is filled with cliques and people who like to harass others When you complain against a manager for sharing your personal information, You get harassed even more and terminated without cause absolutely horrible people to work with.
