      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance and great camaraderie with other staff.

      Cons

      Long entrenched management structure at many levels who were resistant to change. Slow to adopt new technology. Benefits were average at best.

      no pros at this time - this company is cutting costs, therefore losing all experienced staff

      very poor treatment of staff, treated like robots. Staff losing theirs jobs, yet upper management is expecting staff to work like robots.

      Very friendly environment. flexible in terms of your work habit as long as you get the job done with high quality

      No job security. The company has so many goals and objectives but they do not have any plan of how to achieve- It seems like trial and error basis. No communication to employees about how to plan career- one day you come in and you just hear your colleague has been fired. Does not value the true skills and work of the people who deserve to be appreciated. Good worker becomes bad worker in the long term. THE WHOLE THING IS RESTRUCTURING BUT DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES' EFFORT- IT SEEMS THAT THEY WANT TO FAIL.
