Managers understand that we are people with our own lives outside of work. As long as work is done, managers are not strict on when you work. Managers push for you to advocate for your own work, good for visibility. Work is interesting and diverse depending on department. Higher need for domain knowledge compared to other companies.
Cons
Lack of clear pathways in career development + lower wages compared to competitors. To get more lucrative positions, you are required to swap around teams/departments, which inhibits team environments. .
