They overwork their auto adjusters like no tomorrow. They have forced hybrid approach among the staff.

Our hybrid approach was implemented after multiple conversations with several leaders and employees across the company. We want to offer employees the flexibility to work in office or virtually depending on the type of work they’re doing. We wanted to create an environment where leaders and employees work together to find the right balance of on-site and remote work to meet their goals. In terms of your workload, this is feedback we will share with your leadership team but encourage you to work with your leader to find ways to manage your workload.

Pros

Ever since the company went public in 2020, in the fall, it has become a dog-eat-dog culture. The turnover has gone from already high, to absurd. The technology future plans are no more clear than whether you will have a job the next day. Most of the company is not even in the cloud yet, and is on-prem. The company does NOT promote from within, but they prefer to seek outside help as in their eyes, the less years people are with them, the less the payouts are when let go. The people that have been around at least 5 years are like a family, which is the only reason this is not a 1 star.

Cons

Everything. There is not even an HR department you can physically go to.
