      Nothing, Hire to Fire, Fake Promises Take full timer for contractual period Only pay is decent

      Cons

      They hire full time people and after the work is done fire them right away. They makes false promise before you join but don't get in their trap. They don't have projects and leadership is so pour they will fire you even if you are top performers. Dont join. They always need contractors but hire full time misleading candidates Cons Poor leadership, short term work, hire and fire, non transparency, no employee benefit
