As a company we are very stable. We hold an A+ (Excellent) rating with A.M.Best for our financial strength, and our strategic changes are all to ensure we remain a healthy and competitive company well into the future. Organizational change can be a lot like going through renovations - the final outcome will be worth the short-term inconvenience.
