Our transformational projects are exciting and we do our best to give opportunities to employees, while also recognizing when we need the help of specific experts from the industry. By using consulting services, we avoid having to resize our workforce before and after project delivery. We believe this is less disruptive to the day-to-day work of our teams, given the number of shorter term initiatives underway. We do appreciate your observations and can use your feedback to make sure we continue to identify interesting opportunities for employees where possible.

I’m sorry to hear you felt work demands were too high. We recognize work life balance is extremely important to our employees, and offer a number of programs to support it, including: three weeks of vacation to start, three personal needs days per year, paid volunteer days, wellness campaigns twice a year, and a personal spending account to support employees’ investments in their wellness. We also offer flexible work options that vary depending on one’s role.

It’s true that Economical is going through big changes as we reach for ambitious goals for the future. As we implement new technology and continue on our journey of becoming a public company, we’ll work hard to keep the lines of communications open with our employees, who are so critical to our success.
