The pay can definitely be better

See below - there are far too many to list. - The workload is so unreasonable that you will burnout within months. - Little continuity in promotions - for example having to apply for the next level of adjuster role; to a few months later management changes things to fast tracking and bypasses matrixes and applications - Huge disconnect between front lines and management resulting in missed targets and unrealistic expectations - Salaries and pay are less than the market average; and depending on where you work out of; you are paid less - working from home should have made this even across the board, as adjusters in Toronto are handling claims all over the province no differently than adjusters in other parts of the province

Lack of opportunity to grow not competitive pay

The current workload is unmanageable it feels like you're on a treadmill at times, the potential for burnout is pretty high. As of right now I can't say it's good time to join highly stressful on top of getting adjusted in the role. Hoping this will pass, because when the workload is manageable it's a really nice job. There is not too much feed back with how busy it currently is, so a lot of times if you don't speak up, no one will know

The amount of work and expectations are unreasonable The volume of ongoing projects to fix what is broken constantly overlaps Communication from the top down is minimal at best Claims volumes and number of direct reports per leader makes the work unmanageable Unless you are an external applicant and come from a specific company, forget about advancement.

Horrible management. Horrible treatment of employees.

Poor pay - Salaries completly disconnected from economic climate Extremely subjective progression opportunities- based on pedigree. Basically gender, race and origins are defining career progression. A ton of empty propaganda pushed down on employees - better here are empty words.
