      Attractive pay check and bonus.

      Cons

      Really few support or feedback from the management. Unreasonable KPI goals which leads to quantity over service quality. Unplanned overtime hardly paid. Pressure to sale complementary services to clients. Not enough time given to assimilate and incorporate new tools or revised regulations. Unreasonable extended claim analysis process due to the lack of claim adjusters resulting in regular frustrated and angry calls.

      Stay away from thus company

      Pros

      Terrible, toxic place to work you will regret joining. Job description are misleading and you will be thrown under the bus the first week. Alot of people in this company (economical/Sonnet) that don't get along with them self let alone others and are professionals at talking there way out of everything to deflect any responsibility. You have been warned stay clear of this company they have the worst reputation in the industry!

      A company that only cares about its bottom line, with poor decision making and communication in upper management.

      Very high workloads Negative responses to questions and suggestions made by staff Old systems and software Higher focus on the bottom line/profit than their customers or employees Insufficient training Promotions are based on availability and budget, not skill.
