Pros

Pension match Stock match Decent vacation allowance

Cons

Change exhaustion Newly mandated 3 days/week in office with no united approach across the business. Not one dept is acting the same with hybrid. Some depts are more flexible than others. Who is directing the orchestra? NO HARMONY. Top down leadership They will work you to death and make you feel guilty for not staying late. If you dont stay afterhours to produce more work, you're seen as disengaged and lazy No empathy Company nominates itself as best place to work (as do most)

Pros

Definity days where you can days off from work to do personal duties is nice

Cons

Changed the hybrid to 3 times a week in office, they will surely increase overtime to a in-office environment when they were so keep on promoting work-life balance. Workload is overwhelming, people leave and the work gets divided to the remaining teammates who are burning out. When asked to hire more people to help out, they wait till the last minute to hier and still... hire the wrong people for the wrong role instead of helping the team in need. The leaders don't have accountability, "not my problem" attitude and when solutions by their employees are suggested they always shut it down. Not supportive. Vacations are not for everyone you have to bid and they will allow only a few people at the time for same vacation days.

Pros

Diverse projects, location, and some learning opportunities.

Cons

There are significant concerns regarding the executive leadership team within the company. It is widely recognized among employees that some executives engage in unprofessional conduct by berating and belittling their direct reports when outcomes do not meet expectations. This behavior unfortunately permeates through other levels of management, creating a toxic environment where such conduct is deemed acceptable. Before the company went public, there was a clear emphasis on customer service and the positive impact we were making. However, since going public, the focus has shifted predominantly towards financial gains, which has been strongly felt by the staff. Instances of harassment by leaders towards employees have been witnessed, and despite reporting these issues to HR, they remain unresolved. In particular, one executive leader in PI has a notably negative reputation among staff for his behavior. It is my hope that his actions will eventually be recognized and addressed. The company urgently needs new management that prioritizes ethical practices and inclusivity.
