      2017: Wonderful experience; great team. 2018, however, began with departure of co. director causing loss of morale.

We strive to make our work environment positive for everyone and having a leader who really makes a difference in your work life is always special. It’s understandable that you were disappointed when your director left. Relationships with new leaders can take time to form, but we hope you benefited from exposure to different leadership styles and skills. We do work with all our leaders on a regular basis to ensure a strong and unified vision regardless. Our customer-focused call centers are an important element in supporting our brokers and clients in a timely way, and we welcome the feedback you’ve shared in how to make that environment consistently positive for employees too.       High work load, lots of adjuster burnout.

      - knowledgable team leads - decent benefits - good advancement opportunities

      Cons

      - the scary high turnover rate - management does not seem to listen to adjusters - lack of parity in pay - the high workload for claim adjusters - no accountability in file handling due to live queues
