      Pros

      Colleagues are talented and supportive. Work itself is interesting and impactful.

      Cons

      Management sets unrealistic expectations and pressures employees heavily. HR is aligned with management, making it difficult to address concerns. Recognition and support are minimal, leading to burnout.

      - Benefits - Stock option - RRSP/Pension That's it, nothing else

      Cons

      Terrible management. Team leaders play favoritism. Doesn't matter how hard you work, how loyal you are. They don't care. The harder you work, the least you matter to them. First it was 1 day back in office, then 2 and now 3. Soon it will be 5 days. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Find a company that actually care about what you say and not just treat you as a number.
