      Economical is an organization that is committed to competing and being a rewarding place to work. The post 2010 leadership group is capable and has made many difficult decisions which are yielding results now. The company has top tier benefits and rewarding work. If you understand that it is a place of employment where you are paid for delivering output and that there are no prizes for just doing your job, it will be a great experience.

      Cons

      There were some challenging times and not all decisions were flawlessly made or implemented. The longer tenured employees were slow to adapt to the shift in organizational dorection which created some culture issues. This has decreased as newer staff have entered the organization and management has presented a united front for the future direction.
