      Good people camaraderie and team environment within certain departments.

      Cons

      Direction of company is troubling with broker industry. During the last several years of transition, creativity and innovation seems scarce as management is focused on making uninformed decisions about future without collaboration. Speaking up about challenges is not part of the current culture.

      Bad management all over the map, constantly changing systems to a point where staff were leaving and unhappy. You are only a number, you are made to feel like you don't make a difference.
