      Great people, work from home majority of time.

      Cons

      Parking in Ottawa cost $17 a day to work in the office. Salary increase and bonuses are annual but tend to be quite low. This rule requires an immense amount of time on the phone, you are expected to take a minimum of 38 calls per day.

      The pay was decent. Work from home was nice. Coworkers are great and helpful

      Cons

      Very stressful workload. Compensation isn’t really good compared to work load. If your not preforming to there stressful standards they will let you know and act accordingly.

      Pay is decent. WFH policies in effect for many departments.

      Cons

      Experience depends on the team but for the most part it’s disorganized. Leadership changes often - either because they get fired or because they don’t want to deal with the cluster f**.
