Great a company with great culture friendly environment.

Cons

The company keeps hiring people who do not have any background in insurance for example how come in the quality team you have people who never worked in the insurance field before and these people should coach other employees who have many years of experience in insurance and also the underwriting headquarters in ontario for personal insurance when you tell them for example this is against the law and you cant really apply it, they keep pushing or they just ignore you instead of trying to listen to you.
