Being with Economical for over 10 years, you’ve probably seen our company evolve and adapt to the changing landscape of our industry. Our claims team is critical in delivering on our promise of being there when customers they need us most, and staying relevant and responsive to our customers means that we look for innovative ways to keep step with customer expectations. Not only is this beneficial for customers, it’s also a great opportunity for our teams to keep their skills sharp as insurance professionals. That being said, change is change, and it takes time for everyone to adapt to new ways of working. That’s why we place an emphasis on supporting our teams through each new initiative, with training and resources to support their development. We care deeply about how our team members are feeling about working here. Our strong team culture is one of the things that we all feel very proud of, and we want to keep improving. - the scary high turnover rate - management does not seem to listen to adjusters - lack of parity in pay - the high workload for claim adjusters - no accountability in file handling due to live queues

The 'doers' of the organization (FTE's) are great to work with

Cons

IT Senior Leaders are destroying the company Not capable leaders 'Smoke and Mirrors' no action Misspending of funds to contractors and un-supporting FTE Mistrust of Leaders Attrition in IT/SI is 30% + and leaders don't care as long as 'they are okay' $$$
