Pros

- Great pay compared to industry - Great opportunities for advancement - Pro-active culture

Cons

- This company is steadily headed into early 2000s office culture and will likely advance to pulling employees back into the office 5x/week. Massive con for me in terms of culture/values, DEI, work/life balance and my overall opinion of my senior management. I look forward to looking at a new position with an actual progressive company. Went from a 5 star to a 1 to 2 star rating with their adamant requests to be in office more for no reason at all.

Supportive Management, Strong working Culture, Flexible schedule, company truly cares about their employees

Cons

Salaries can be a little more competitive and they can have better benefits but all in all since the company is amazing to work for These 2 points are not as important to me. Having a great manager is key to my engagement

Going downhill fast

Great benefits, although extremely expensive Flexibility with schedule - also changing going forward

Cons

Too much time spent on engagement, trying way too hard and just end up wasting time and then wondering why they are behind. Doesn’t listen to employees, we are happy and productive with the hybrid 2 days a week in the office. Changing to 3 days in the middle of the summer. WHY. Productivity is higher on work from home days. This will put us further behind and decrease morale. Management says one thing but don’t actually know what is going on in each business unit. Vacation bidding is a joke. Good luck actually being able to use your vacation days for the times that you want.

Good work life balance with hybrid structure Office locations are good and non primary office travel is reimbursed

Cons

Management is not great they do not know what they are doing. Expectations vs Pay do not match up No room for growth after a certain level
