Too much micromanagement, old software, disorganized place, had to do all the claims steps; from first intake to final payments

Our claims process is undergoing a planned and sustained transformation process that will increase our efficiency on many fronts. We are pulsing our teams twice a year or more, in compliance with our new listening and engagement strategy. In addition, we are undergoing some technological transformations, and new technology is being introduced to help improve our processes in the future.
