      Great Benefits Vacation/sick time Hours are fair No weekends

      Cons

      No room for growth unless you take Insurance courses stressful environment constant employees being let go fear of loosing your job everyday

      Great people, very chill about working from home/flexible hours when needed, nice office

      Cons

      Poor management, lots of drama/politics, not much room to grow or try new things (unless your directly involved in certain urgent projects), absolutely no culture/no team bonding which makes it hard to collaborate, processes/work flow isn't efficient.

      Pros

      The people at Economical really make this place, in my experience they genuinely want you to succeed. The pay is fair, benefits are very good. They have a good culture and strive to make their employees feel noticed and heard.

      Cons

      In my opinion you can find cons to any job, career or really in any aspect of your life if you are looking for them. Growing pains and frustrating times are all apart of the learning experience. I have no cons to provide about this company.
