      Pros

      Company is well established but very stuck in their ways.

      Cons

      Extremely high turn, uncertainty, low moral. Incapable managers are brought in unfamiliar to the business, no monitoring in place to control their performance, they ruin the company reputation and only fill their own pockets. Employees get minimal support and recognition, no room for growth. Very top heavy, many managers and VP's that are all "Yes Men". HR is no where in the picture other than hire and fire with no control over what these managers are doing.

      Average pay for market, good benefits and sick leave

      Cons

      They will literally work you to death. Each year we have had a consistent increase of claims, and no new hires. They pay ok and have good benefits so think they are owed you doing 1.5 people's jobs rather than hiring more people to share the workload. Since the company went public, care of the wellbeing of the employees and attempts to keep employees around and having good working conditions has gone out the window. Despite unanimous employee comment that flexibility in hybrid model important to us, demand we go to the office more and more each year - up to 3 days per week now, when we were promised last year 2 days a week wouldn't change. No care of what is important to the employees, it's an old boys club who will dictate and not listen to feedback.

      Enough with the layoffs and return to work. Most people like working from home.
