      -good vacation -ability to get a bonus

      Cons

      - employees are just another number - company has been going downhill for several years now - VP's only care about money - everyone is overloaded with work - not enough employees and people are quitting constantly or going on stress leave - your performance goals are impossible to reach - management is rude and make people upset - doing absolutely nothing to retain good employees. If anything is trying to get rid of them

      Company needs to adapt to its growing customer base by hiring more

      The only good thing about this company was the full time remote work, while it's still the case, the company will decide at a whim to change anything and everything so dont get comfortable

      Cons

      Horrendous management, departments to millenia to communicate between each other, agents are expected to deal with numerous customer complaints tbat are entirely due to the companys bad mismanagement

      Not many options for career advancement. Salary was much lower than market value.

Regarding the remote work, we have recently introduced more time in the office for many teams.
