Not only is this beneficial for customers, it’s also a great opportunity for our teams to keep their skills sharp as insurance professionals. That being said, change is change, and it takes time for everyone to adapt to new ways of working. That’s why we place an emphasis on supporting our teams through each new initiative, with training and resources to support their development.
